Well, I have some really good news for you. I’ve created a simple formula that can be applied to all foods which will determine whether that food will satisfy you and crush cravings or trigger cravings and over-eating.
I call my “magic” formula the Craving Food Factor (CFF) and what it does is it breaks all foods into one of two categories:
Buffer Foods – These are foods that make us feel full and satisfied, crushing cravings.
Trigger Foods – These are foods that make us crave and want to eat more.
